Hey Love, Remember when we couldn‘t wait to be grownups because we thought being grown meant staying up late, eating whatever we want, and doing whatever we want? Now that we‘re heerree, we‘re realizing that there‘s more to being an adult than going to bed at 2am and having cake for breakfast. It‘s also: unpacking past trauma, having tough conversations, staying committed to doing THE WORK, all while curating a life we‘re proud of and happy to call ours. I don‘t have all the answers, but as I learn, my goal is to share with you my experienced, and borrowed lessons on navigating the highs and lows of adulthood with the hope that each episode will inspire you to be, do, and have better!
